EnDure [en-door,-dyoor]
to carry on through;
to sustain; to continue to exist

Our Name and Logo were carefully selected to incorporate all of our professions and prove our understanding that a truly collaborative approach is tantamount to the success of a project.

Our Purpose and Core Values are the fundamental reasons behind our existence. Together they form our foundation of success – providing a ‘guiding light’ that gives direction and inspiration to our staff while allowing our clients to appreciate and be conscious of what we are seeking to achieve.

This is encapsulated in our Executive Summary.
President Woodrow Wilson, when asked for the definition of Purpose, said "You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to EnAble the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to EnRich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand."

At EnSite, we define our Purpose as: To improve the communities in which we live, work and play by utilizing our collaborative expertise and unique ability to see value in spaces and places, and our vision for making them special.
We are driven by five core values:

Transparency - We address issues openly and professionally in the planning and design process to EnSure that our clients fully understand our approach to finding solutions and maintaining clear expectations of all involved. Our designs are not just generated by our team, but are based on input from the stakeholders and the community for which a project is intended to serve.

Comprehensiveness - Our ability to EnCompass the spectrum of elements that might influence the outcome of a project. It is manifest in the name of our company, chosen to reflect our holistic approach to developing solutions. This approach EnAbles our multi-disciplinary team to cross boundaries and integrate technical disciplines that often operate in isolation of one another.

Sustainable Design - We always look for innovative solutions to seek a balance between EnVironmental sensitivity, community, and economic viability. We are committed to creating sustainable places and spaces that meet today’s needs. We don’t give lip service about sustainability – we practice what we preach in our office and in our homes.

Creativity - We believe everyone has something to offer. Our firm is based on a flat organization where everyone is EnCouraged to contribute and take charge. We find this EnHances the design process and results in a superior final product.

Client Service - Outstanding communication is our priority - to be accessible when needed and to respond quickly in a clear and concise manner. We are always mindful that every project has a unique schedule, budget, and challenges. Our clients EnTrust in us that their projects receive the attention they require and deserve to make them successful.
