Public health is at the core of a sustainable community. EnSite prepared a detailed site plan for a nearly 3-acre outparcel and proposed 8,171-square-foot-building to house Associates in Nephrology, a clinic that would be the first to specialize in the treatment of kidney diseases and disorders in the growing North Fort Myers community.
The Collaboratory, a name that combines “collaboration” and “laboratory,” is also designed to become a place of incubation and connection. The development has already begun to foster programs to benefit the greater good.
One of the most important parts of a sustainable community is one that embraces art and culture. Alliance for the Arts (artinlee.org) has worked tirelessly for over 40 years to facilitate and nurture the creation, development, promotion and education of arts and culture in Lee County. The Alliance strives to create diverse and innovative events, exhibits, programs and performances that reach the widest possible audience.
